The Pigeon is created on the basic principles of a theater space that facilitates a temporary community of strangers. Taking the chance of this encounter it asks: how do we want to live together? And who are we actually talking about, when we say „we“? The audience meets a speaking screen that is interfacing fiction and reality of the collective emergence of bodies. Following the movement of entities in the space, absence and presence of possibilities become graspable: a social choreography is introduced as a suspension of disbelief. Surrendering into the juiciness of this encounter that comes along with the domestication of conflict, the pigeon is stirring the current affectations in saying „we“ and „them“.
